Delete your account and data
You can delete your account and everything in it at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Mechy (the app, or mechy.si/app) and sign in.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete account (if you never signed up, it says Delete my data) and confirm.
That deletes your account, your jobs, photos, voice notes and guides right away, and the stored files shortly after. If you pay for Pro, cancel it first under Manage subscription so you aren't charged again.
Can't sign in?
Email privacy@mechy.si from the email address on your account, or tell us the phone number you signed in with. We'll confirm it's you and delete everything within 30 days.
What is kept
Stripe keeps invoices for as long as tax law requires. Copies of guides already reviewed and published in the public catalog stay, because they contain no photos, voice or anything that identifies you; ask us and we'll remove them too. Everything else goes. See the privacy policy.
