Mechy for teams

Animated work instructions from a phone photo

No headsets, no CAD files, no authoring suite. A tech snaps the machine and says the job, Mechy drafts the steps with a moving drawing for each, your senior tech approves them, and the whole crew follows them on their phones.

The bucket lowers onto blocks with the teeth level.

For

Built for crews that work on many machines

Rental and multi-brand fleets

Many brands, junior techs, no single OEM tool. One app that works from a photo of whatever is in the yard.

Maintenance contractors

Techs on unfamiliar fleets and remote sites. The steps for the machine in front of them, read aloud.

Safety and training leads

Lockout, blocking and stop rules in every guide, approved by your senior tech before anyone sees them.

How it works

From photo to approved guide

  1. 1

    Snap and say

A tech photographs the machine and says the job, or you send us the procedure.

  2. 2

    Mechy drafts

Steps, tools, parts, safety, and a moving drawing per step.

  3. 3

    Your expert approves

Your senior tech edits and signs off before it reaches the crew.

  4. 4

    The crew follows

On their own phones, with read-aloud and big buttons for gloves.

Questions

What does a pilot include?

Three months, up to 5 machine models, $10,000. We build guides for the jobs you name, your senior tech reviews each one before the crew sees it, and your crew uses them in the Mechy app on their own phones. We check in with you regularly to add jobs and fix what didn't work.

What does Teams cost after the pilot?

$49 per editor per month. Editors make and approve guides; everyone else views them for free.

Do we need headsets or CAD files?

No. Guides start from phone photos and your procedures. The drawings are made for each step, so there is nothing to model or import.

Can we use our own manuals and procedures?

Yes. Your procedures are the source; Mechy turns them into steps with drawings, and your reviewer approves each guide before it is published to your crew.

Who sees our guides?

Only your team. Guides made in a pilot stay private to your organization, and we never add them to Mechy's public catalog.
